Wat je kunt verwachten van het gratis consult?

  • 15 minuten gezondheidscheck
  • Grondig onderzoek door de dierenarts
  • Gewichtscontrole van je huisdier
  • Advies over mogelijke aandoeningen of behandelingen

Heb je vervolgbehandelingen nodig? Deze zijn niet inbegrepen bij het gratis consult. We overleggen vooraf en werken met onze reguliere tarieven. Afname is altijd optioneel.

Voorwaarden van de actie

  • Het gratis consult duurt maximaal 15 minuten en is bedoeld voor een algemene gezondheidscheck. Bestaande of uitgebreide gezondheidsproblemen vallen hier niet onder.
  • Alleen voor nieuwe klanten bij Caressa Dierenziekenhuis Amsterdam Sloten die nog niet eerder bij ons zijn geweest.
  • Het gratis consult geldt alleen voor het eerste bezoek. Behandelingen of vervolgonderzoeken worden regulier gefactureerd.
  • Maximaal 2 dieren per consult.
  • We kunnen de actie op elk moment beëindigen.
  • Bij deelname registreren we je gegevens in onze administratie.
  • Een vooraf geplande (online) afspraak is vereist. Zonder afspraak kan het consult niet doorgaan.
